Two More Civil Lawsuits Filed Against Deshaun Watson, Alleges sexual assault in March 2021

Two more civil lawsuits have been filed against Deshaun Watson, according to ESPN Texans reporter Sarah Barshop. One of the lawsuits alleges that Watson sexually assaulted a woman just this month.

Attorney Tony Buzbee, who is representing the 12 women who have accused Deshaun Watson of sexual assault, says that later today, he will turn over information to Houston police and request a grand jury to consider criminal sexual assault charges against Watson.

The Houston district attorney will then decide whether to grant Buzbee’s grand jury request.

Last Friday, Buzbee said five more lawsuits against Watson would be filed “in due course."

UPDATE: ESPN reports that "one lawsuit filed this morning alleges Deshaun Watson assaulted and harassed the plaintiff over two sessions 'by grabbing Plaintiff's buttocks and vagina, touching her with his penis and trying to force her to perform oral sex on him.'"
