Trevor Lawrence and FSU DE Danarius Robinson Both Say Teams Were Ready to Play

Clemson - Florida State got abruptly postponed, three hours before kickoff today, as an ACC announcement said that the two teams’ medical personnel were “unable to mutually agree on moving forward with the game.”

This was, apparently, news to players on both of the teams. Trevor Lawrence, the star quarterback of Clemson and the presumptive first overall pick in the NFL Draft, said they were ready to play. He was quote-tweeted by Florida State defensive end Danarius Robinson, who said the same:






One day we are going to look back on 2020 and laugh and maybe even get nostalgic for it, but right now the circumstances are wild beyond all belief.
