Arch Manning Sends Texas Spring Game Crowd Into A Frenzy With Insane Start

It's the year of Arch Manning in Texas, folks. Quinn Ewers who?!

OK, that's obviously hyperbole. You all know who Quinn is. He's the Longhorns' incumbent starter heading into the 2024 season, and there's no debating it.

Right?

Right??

Right?!!!!

Well … Arch Manning started today's Orange-White spring game hotter than the Texas sun, going 5 for 5 for 133 yards and a pair of touchdowns in front of what sure sounds like a sold out stadium.

Just means more in the SEC, baby!

Arch Manning gives Texas Longhorns something to cheer about in April

Well … hello there, Arch Manning! Welcome to the 2024 college football season. Hook 'em, baby!

Look, it's obviously just a spring game. Who cares, right? Texas head coach Steve Sarkisian already made it clear that Quinn Ewers is starting next year, and the pro-Arch crowd went nuts.

Some thought he'd be like every other non-starter in college football nowadays and hit the transfer portal so fast heads would spin.

But he didn't (hasn't?). Instead, he put his head down, spent the offseason grinding, got bigger-strong-faster, and came out today throwing absolute DARTS like his uncles before him.

Social media – shockingly – was full of the hottest of takes during the early portions of today's game, because Arch Manning has been the next best thing for about 18 months now.

Today, though, was really the first time anyone's seen him start to back it up on the field.

Let the hot takes FLY!
