Security At USA-Mexico Soccer Match Chases Fan Off CBS Sports Set In Wild Video

A lot of people were set on watching the Floyd Mayweather-Logan Paul fight on Sunday night. But for those who knew better, the USMNT playing Mexico was the much more entertaining sporting event to check out.

There was plenty of controversy associated with the match. The crowd chanted homophobic slurs and threw bottles at players, among a series of other wild events that led up to USA's 3-2 victory. In other words, the final CONCACAF National League event was insane.

Postgame, things continued to get even crazier.

A CBS Sports panel of Clint Dempsey, Charlie Davies, Kate Abdo and Oguchi Onyewu was reflecting on the match when a random fan came crashing onto the set in the background. He wasn't interested in being on TV, but instead was trying to evade security.

Can we get a welfare check on that guy? Because I'm pretty sure he might be dead. Of course, I hope I'm being sarcastic with that statement, but I'm not 100% sure that I am. That looked like a fairly significant drop.

And this isn't even in the top 5 wildest things to happen before, during or after this match.

Imagine knowing that all this was going down during a USA-Mexico soccer match that ended in epic fashion, while you're wasting money on a celebrity boxing match that had no judges and no victor. Some people out there have to be sick.
