Ron Rivera Must Rebuild Washington Football Culture

In a report from the Washington Post, 15 women, who worked for the Redskins, accused members of Daniel Snyder’s inner circle of sexual harassment.

Snyder declined several requests for an interview, per the report. Head coach Ron Rivera did, however, go on record.

Rivera declined to address why Alex Santos and Richard Mann were dismissed. Though, he spoke on the new culture of the team and how he hopes it's judged.

Rivera, who was hired in January, isn't going to get that wish immediately. Instead, as a leader, he will have to rebuild both the Washington football team and its culture.
