Toyos Clinic was established in 1998 when Dr. Rolando Toyos was called by a recruiter from St. Judes Children's Hospital who was looking for an Ophthalmologist to staff a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Jackson Madison Medical Center in Jackson, Tennessee.
