Dr. Seuss Books Spike In Sales After The Left Tries To Cancel Him
Ever since President Joe Biden canceled Dr. Seuss, Dr. Seuss books have been flying off the virtual shelves at Amazon.com. As a matter of fact, Dr. Seuss holds the top eight bestseller spots this week, and now Ted Cruz wants Joe Biden's help selling his own books.
"Who knew Joe Biden was such a great book seller," Cruz tweeted.
There's nothing quite like watching liberals hate a product so much that it spikes the market. A similar phenomenon occurred when AOC called for a boycott of Goya products but ended up causing a tremendous surge in Goya sales.
It's really too bad that Dr. Seuss became racist this year. Must've been different books Michelle and Barack Obama were reading to children during their tenure?
It's about control
Ted Cruz was obviously having fun with his tweet, but he also recognizes the danger in giving an inch to liberal policy. Though Americans still have the right to read Dr. Seuss, all it would take to lose that right is for Biden to sign another executive order banning it. We're not putting it past him.
What's even scarier, though, is wondering where this trend goes from here. Children were kept away from schools despite science, which then led to a spike in suicides amongst minors. Now the president wants to limit what they can read. Is the Bible next?
Dr. Seuss was canceled because a few unimportant people took exception to his books, so now we're taking steps to ban stories that only a few people don't understand. We're essentially agreeing not to read or write anything that offends anybody. We can't make jokes that not everyone likes, we can't open a restaurant unless everyone is on board, and we can't buy a product like Goya if some people don't like the opinions of the person who runs the company.
Liberal losers can't stand that people learn, laugh, and love things they don't like, and they are now grooming our society to be terrified of offending anybody, which will stifle creativity.
We really are becoming China right before our eyes.
