Le’Veon Bell’s Time With Ravens Has Reached An End

The Baltimore Ravens released veteran running back Le'Veon Bell on Tuesday.

Bell, who signed with the Ravens ahead of Week 4, rushed 31 times for 83 yards with two touchdowns over five games in Baltimore. He also caught just one pass on two targets for -1 yard.

Bell, like all players cut after the trade deadline passes, will be subject to waivers, Around the NFL reports.

Around the NFL reports the 29-year-old veteran running back hasn't looked the same since sitting out the 2018 season during a contract dispute with the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Bell signed with the New York Jets in 2019 and was released by the team in October 2020. He then signed with the Kansas City Chiefs later that month, and over the past two years, Bell has accounted for just 411 yards and 4 TDs on 113 carries (3.6 YPC).
