Hyatt Pushes Back at Cancel Culture for CPAC Hosting

The appetite for power has created, grown, and can explain the entire cancel culture movement. For too long, its targets have panicked, taken orders, and sacrificed people or products to the woke mob, handing the movement even more power. Finally, some are beginning to fight back.

Hyatt Hotels has defended its decision to host the 2021 Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), which is under attack by the far-Left Twitter loons. Since late last week, there have been calls to boycott the hotel chain for hosting an event that allows those with conservative views to speak. It even got its own creative hashtag, #boycottHyatt.

"We take pride in operating a highly inclusive environment and we believe that the facilitation of gatherings is a central element of what we do as a hospitality company,” a Hyatt spokesperson said in a statement to Fox Business.

“We believe in the right of individuals and organizations to peacefully express their views, independent of the degree to which the perspectives of those hosting meetings and events at our hotels align with ours,” the spokesperson goes on. “Our own values support a culture that is characterized by empathy, respect and diversity of opinions and backgrounds, and we strive to bring this to light through what we do and how we engage with those in our care."

They used it, "independent," the word the Left hates the most.

CPAC 2021 has already featured several names that the woke have tried and failed to cancel — Dan Bongino, Pete Hegseth, Gov. DeSantis, to name a few. But then there's target No. 1, former President Donald Trump, who is scheduled to speak early Sunday evening. When he does, I advise you to hop on Twitter. The meltdowns will be well underway.

We are starting to see the most miserable people in America — the cancel culture losers — lose individual battles. Other recent cancel culture Ls include Ben Shapiro and The Daily Wire providing a notable landing spot for Gina Carano after Disney fired her for her conservative views, and Mr. Potato Head winning back his "mister" title just hours after his gender-neutral makeover. Small steps, but steps.

Props to Hyatt. We need more Hyatts and Mr. Potato Heads. Don't let these beatable cowards win.
