Gregg Popovich's House Went Back On The Market This Summer; Pops To Nets?

Gregg Popovich tried to sell his massive San Antonio house in 2019, but pulled it off the market January 1, 2020. The house is back on the market with a lower asking price and now Popovich is rumored to be a candidate for the Brooklyn Nets job. Downsizing or leaving town mode? That's the big question right now for a 71-year-old future hall of famer who has called San Antonio home since 1994 when he took the Spurs general manager job.

Let's be honest here, at Gregg's age there's no way he needs just under 10,000 sq. ft. of living space. Don't forget this place has a wine cellar that holds 3,000 bottles. Maybe he downsizes to a 3,000 sq. ft. house on Long Island with one of those wine refrigerators you buy from Home Depot. You pop a bottle here and there after a big win, but most of the time you fill up via the Franzia in the main refrigerator.

Exuding extraordinary charm, the possibilities are endless with this rare opportunity to own one of San Antonio's most exclusive estates.

Keep in mind there's no better place to get into the social justice movement right now than New York where Gregg could coach, be a SJW, make all sorts of TV appearances and be right there for Adam Silver if he's needed to use his wisdom. Add it all up and Popovich to the Nets is starting to sound more likely.

Mortgage: around $20,000/mo.
