An incredibly strange UFO video has surfaced.

The latest interesting UFO video was shared on TikTok by @ryaninoklahoma, and it appears to show a bright light projecting some kind of ring into the sky.

I truly don't have a good answer for what this might be. Generally speaking, I feel like we do a great job at OutKick of keeping an open mind while also not diving right into insane theories.
There's often a lot of common sense explanations for UFO videos. Unknown military equipment is always near the top of the list for me.
However, I don't have a great explanation here. My best guess is it's a drone with some kind of light projection feature, but the object looks far too big to be some kind of commercially sold drone.
Could it be military equipment? Sure, but Oklahoma isn't exactly a hot spot for testing flight gear. All I know for sure is that it's very weird.
