Strange Lights Filmed In The Sky Over Las Vegas

Another strange video is captivating the internet.

I almost feel like a broken record at this point with how often we have new UFO/unexplainable content. It's at least a couple times a week, if not daily.

People simply can't get enough.

Well, there's a new video that hit the web late Friday night courtesy of @LasVegasLocally on X. The popular Las Vegas account (a personal favorite of mine) shared a video showing multiple lights going up into the sky.

Check it out below, and let me know what you think at David.Hookstead@outkick.com.

What are the lights that were filmed over Las Vegas?

It's always *VERY* important to keep an open mind when talking about things that don't have clear explanations. Don't jump to conclusions, look at all the available information and then make a determination as to what might be the cause. Don't be the the kind of person who rules something out without analyzing all the evidence.

Having said that, I think we can safely rule out little green aliens when it comes to this video. The internet is pretty confused, but it seems like these lights are either flares or floating lanterns.

They're simply not moving in a fashion or at a speed that makes me think it's anything sinister or nefarious. Could the lights also be drones? Sure, but they don't appear to be.

My guess is flares or floating lanterns - not aliens or a true UFO.

While I'm very skeptical these lights are anything serious, many people on X still had a lot of fun with the situation. After all, anything is possible in Las Vegas!

While a lot of UFO stuff raises my curiosity levels and leads to a lot of…..interesting emails from the readers, I think we can rest easy here. Weird? Yes. Something super crazy? Not in my opinion, but let me know at David.Hookstead@outkick.com if you think I'm wrong.
