Hooters Makes Sydney Sweeney An Offer After Her SNL Skit

Sydney Sweeney hosted Saturday Night Live last weekend and put on a dominant performance.  Gen Z's pop culture savior addressed her affair rumors - among other things - head on.

The actress set social media on fire in the process.  One of her more memorable skits during her SNL appearance featured her as a Hooters waitress.

The skit was a huge success and went viral, racking up millions of views on multiple platforms for the sketch comedy show.  Naturally, Hooters noticed the attention Sweeney received sporting their infamous waitress outfit and decided to get in on the action.

Hooters has an offer for the actress if she would be willing to "work one more shift" for the breastaurant.  They responded on X to an SNL clip captioned "customers love the new waitress at Hooters" offering to donate the proceeds for the day to cancer research.

"Sydney, if you work one more shift before hanging up your orange shorts, we’ll donate the day’s proceeds to The V Foundation for Cancer Research," Hooters posted while tagging her, The V Foundation, and SNL.

Hooters Would Love To Have Sydney Sweeney Team Up With Them For Charity

Sweeney has yet to respond to the Hail Mary attempt by Hooters to have her work a shift for the company.  The V Foundation loves the idea and responded by letting the actress know that they think it's a great idea.

They used a GIF from her epic appearance on Hot Ones that is captioned, "Yeah, that's good" in their reply, which reads, "Us right now!  Supporting cancer research is always a good idea."

Are we likely going to see Sydney Sweeney serving up beer and wings at a Hooters location anytime soon?  I highly doubt it.  She's a busy woman and putting in an entire shift as a waitress doesn't seem probable.

That doesn't mean some other arrangements can't be made.  Could a cross-promotional event be pulled off where she pops in and makes an appearance?  It could.

Is it likely?  I wouldn't put money on it, but you never know.  She's saving a generation by going against what everyone else is doing.  So anything is possible.
