The First Black Astronaut Currently Flying To The Moon Sends Message To Those Making It About Race

Victor Glover said it perfectly, but will anyone listen?

Victor Glover has a message for any of you virtue-signalers out there trying to make this latest space race about … race.

Don't do it! For the love of God, stop. Please. We're tired. Victor's tired. It's all exhausting at this point. Just be normal for once.

Sure, I'm paraphrasing, but that's pretty much what Glover – the first black man to pilot a flight around the moon – told the media before leaving for his big trip.

In a now viral-clip, Glover was asked, of course, about being the first black astronaut to journey to the moon. It was a typical Big J question, and, I'm sure, they were looking for a typical woke answer.

Unfortunately, Victor instead gave them this beautiful reality check:

Listen to Victor Glover, please

"It’s about human history. It’s the story of humanity. Not black history, not women’s history."

Amen. Say it AGAIN for the people in the back, Victor!

Look, I'm fine with celebrating things in life. I get it. Everything happens "for the first time" at some point, so we naturally lock onto it and talk about it. It's not lost on me. It's what we do, and that's fine.

But this is the angle the lefty media has tried to force down our throats for a decade now, and it's just exhausting. And if you don't believe me …

Believe me:

Yeah, I mean … goodness gracious. THAT's who we're up against, by the way. When I say it's the sane vs. the insane, this is what I'm talking about.

They only see things through race. That's it. The lefties LOVE playing the race card. If it doesn't have to do with race, they don't want to talk about it. Trust me, I've worked on that side of the aisle before. It's worse than you even think. I promise.

So good for Victor Glover for shoving this narrative down the toilet. It's a cool story, but it's not THE story.

Glover, a former college football player and wrestler, nailed it.

Wednesday's rocket launch wasn't about black or white. It wasn't about left or right. It wasn't about Democrat or Republican.

It was about humans. Just humans doing incredible things – together.

Frankly, we should do that more often.
