BREAKING: LA County Reinstates Mask Mandate For Vaccinated, Non-Vaccinated Residents, Defying CDC Guidelines

Los Angeles County announced on Thursday afternoon that it will be reinstating indoor mask policies across all of its businesses and permitted indoor gatherings — this time for both vaccinated and non-vaccinated citizens.

The breaking news reveals that, as of Saturday (7/17) at 11:59 p.m., all businesses in LA County with indoor operations must require visitors to wear masks, regardless of vaccination status. The previous ruling permitted vaccinated residents to forego the need for masks after the CDC announced guidelines that rendered mask wearing useless.

As of Thursday, LA County has seen a spike in COVID cases, and there has been a continued warning about the Delta variant's heightened rates of contagion compared to the original COVID-19 strain, but with significantly less lethal effects.

The ruling on behalf of LA County and its COVID-crazed commissioner continue to diminish living conditions for residents trapped in a state suffering from rising homelessness rates and violence in its cities.
