Young Falcons Fan Goes Viral For Sad Reaction To Michael Penix Pick

Atlanta Falcons fans are beyond miserable today.

They're hurt. Feel betrayed. Pissed as hell. Ready to tear someone's head off. They want blood.

Insert whatever adjective you'd like, and it works. The Michael Penix pick has the internet HUMMING this morning, and for good reason. It was a pretty boring first round if we're being honest, so this is all anyone's talking about.

Nothing against Penix, because he's worth a first round pick. But when you just paid Kirk Cousins a billion dollars off an achilles injury? Odd to say the least.

Anyway, Falcons fans are in mourning today, but you won't find a more miserable young lad than this poor kid. No child deserves to feel this sort of pain.

Young Atlanta Falcons fan gets a hard reality check

Lock everyone up who had a hand in this. Poor kid. He's stunned. Just dumbfounded. When someone asks you if the Atlanta Falcons made a bad pick, show them this video.

When a 10-year-old knows you've messed up, you've messed up. But you know what? I think it's good for this kid to experience this sort of pain, too.

That's life as an NFL fan, unless you reside in Kansas City. We're all miserable. This is how I've felt about the Dolphins for 25 years now. I know it's the same way with older Falcons fans, too. Up until about three months ago, that's how all Lions fans felt.

Welcome to adulthood, young buck. It ain't all ham & eggs up here. We have bills to pay, food to put on the table, and miserable NFL teams to root for.

And, frankly, it doesn't get much better. Sorry, those are just the facts. This kid got a reality check last night and he's getting one now.

I had to sit through the Dolphins drafting Dion Jordan at No. 3 overall in 2013, and you get to sit through this.

I'm better for it, and you will be, too.
