Welcome Jonathan Hutton, Chad Withrow, and Paul Kuharsky to Outkick

Videos by OutKick

Last week I told you OutKick would be announcing new additions to our stable of talent in the near future. Well, those announcements begin today.

OutKick is excited to announce Jonathan Hutton, Paul Kuharsky, and Chad Withrow are joining OutKick full time.

The trio, who have spent the past nine years as the hosts of Nashville’s highly rated Midday 180 on 104.5 the Zone, will join OutKick in the near future as part of a new, over-the-top OutKick network which will launch in 2021. Plans are for OutKick to provide a live video, audio and podcast network which would air each weekday from 6 am et until 7 pm et.

Essentially OutKick is in the process of creating its own daily sports network.

Yes, that’s right. You’ll no longer have to turn ESPN on during the day ever again.

In fact, I hope you never will.

Instead, you will be able to tune into us no matter where you live around the world, so long as you have a functional internet connection. (Sorry, Alabama).

Don’t worry, the OutKick website isn’t changing. We will keep growing here too and continue to provide you great written content all day long. But the time was right to expand and launch our own OutKick OTT network.

I’m told moving pictures — with color! — is the future, and I don’t want us to be left behind.

Hutton, Kuharsky and Withrow are three of the most talented and most highly rated radio personalities in the country, and their addition to the site will continue to expand OutKick’s talent footprint in a major way.

Details on their start date — and the launch party in Nashville we will throw for their first show — will be coming in the days and weeks ahead. But rest assured that the three of them will be back soon and that all of you will be able to consume their content via video, audio, or podcast in the very near future.

As always, thanks for your support of OutKick. I hope all of you have a great weekend.

  1. Living in So Cal I have never heard of these guys but I am excited for the expansion! I echo what others have said, we need a live score ticker and this will be the only site needed. An app would be cool too

  2. This is excellent news!! I especially liked hearing Withrow on the radio show…. it seems like you guys have great chemistry and he is also very well spoken I feel like. Started following him on Twitter after he was on Outkick. The other guys I don’t know so much about but I’m excited to hear more. On ward and upward for Outkick, congratulations. Keep bringing genuine sports media and news and I’ll keep tuning in

  3. With the way the Tide continue to win championships and kick Rocky Top’s ass every season I guess you have to get in your Alabama jokes where you can. That being said, looking forward to the Outkick brand expansion.

  4. Sounds awesome, Nashville is really turning into the place to be for successful, conservative minded people. I would love to see Clay and Ben Shapiro do some collaborations, maybe even partners at some point. Believe it or not So Cal Ben is a serious White Sox fan. Have to credit a guy for choosing an out of market, Class B franchise and sticking with them over the years.

    • And while you’re at it, see if you can rescue Jason Isbell from the woke cult, he used to be the best songwriter in that city, maybe the country. He made some dough, got married to a liberal and (no surprise) his songwriting went to shit.

  5. Congrats on the hires and especially launching the new network. Can’t wait to access it! Do not know of the gentlemen as I am in Texas but excited to check it all out. You need a Texas voice in the future, Clay! 🙂

  6. Really glad to hear there will be video. Left ESPN many years ago (except for College Gameday) and left FS1’s TV lineup (9am-3pm) after that started turning into ESPN. Looking forward to full time Outkick!

  7. I live in Minneapolis and KFAN 100.3 FM is one of the top sports stations in the country regardless of demo. I`ve never heard of these guys so i`m looking forward to checking them out and compare. Looking forward also to the continued development on the site. Keep going forward, Clay!

  8. Holy smoke! The Zone just lost their best on air talent to Outkick……I wondered where Clay would look after Whitlock took off. The Midday 180 will be hugely successful. I guess Kuharsky has forgiven Clay for ‘stealing’ a tee shirt idea creation.
This should be fun and another hot poker fork to stick in the Wokesters at ESPN.
