Of everything that I can’t do during the pandemic, which isn’t that much anymore in Chicago, the thing I’ve missed the most is going to baseball games. Be that as it may, I’d never go to the lengths these two fans did in Cleveland, sneaking into tonight’s game against the Yankees and getting arrested:

Not sure whether it was intentional or just crazy timing, but the TV broadcast got a shot of them getting led out:
Only in Cleveland can you get arrested at an @Indians game no fans can go to! ππ¬π³ pic.twitter.com/OFX4qMdate

This is the second time this has happened at an MLB game of late — some guy snuck into Fenway and threw his hat on the field 1.5 weeks ago.
Given MLB’s corona-phobic, cardboard cutout nonsense & BLM ass-kissing, this may be what most stadiums look like next season too…EMPTY. I think a lot of fans are going over in their head how much $$ they saved this season by not going to games (tix, parking, concessions etc).
Paul, I think your theory about empty stadiums may apply to all sports down the road. I know that I played a lot more golf this summer, and enjoyed every minute of it. And I didn’t have to pay $30 to park my car.
You are on to something there Paul people will discover that there is much more to do in life than go watch these overpaid self absorbed athletes and their unsolicited social messaging.
