Tommy Fury On Potential Jake Paul Bout: 'It'd Be Over Inside A Round'

YouTuber Jake Paul may have impressed some boxing fans with his win over Tyron Woodley, but light heavyweight Tommy Fury is clearly not among them.

"It'd be over inside a round," Fury told TMZ of a match vs. Paul. "From what I've seen against Tyron Woodley the other night, he's scared to throw a punch when he's in with somebody who could even knock him out."

Fury was speaking after improving to 7-0 with a win over Anthony Taylor. Fury hails from the UK, and the match vs. Taylor was his first fight in America. He was leaving Los Angeles and heading back home when TMZ asked about Paul.

"He don't want to commit. He took one shot and nearly fell through the ropes," Fury said.

“From what I seen the other day, I have my hands up, walk straight to him and get him out of there inside three minutes.

“My message to Jake Paul is that he's a massive p— and he doesn't want to fight. He's not a fighting man. So when he grows a pair of b—s, come and see me, but until then, don't mention my name ever again."
