Stills 'Likes' Reporter Comments Ripping The Texans

The Houston Texans fired coach Bill O'Brien after an 0-4 start. They have continued to look bad without him.

Then they raised another stink when they fired PR director Amy Palcic. The PR director is the liaison between the team and the media. Based on the reaction, Palcic was loved by the media and more the a few players.

“First & only woman to be head of PR for an NFL team and winner of the Rozelle Award for best PR Staff in the NFL," Texans defensive end J.J. Watt tweeted. "Massive help in my hurricane relief efforts, community events and much more. Whoever picks up Amy Palcic will be getting one of the absolute best in the business."

Wide receiver Kenny Stills "liked" tweets from veteran reporter Field Yates and Charean Williams that questioned -- and even blasted -- the Texans for the decision on Palcic.

"The Texans have turned into one of the worst organizations in football since Bob McNair died. @amypalcic was the best. She certainly was too good for what the Texans deserve," Williams tweeted, earning the thumbs up from Stills.

This seems like a lot of fuss over someone who doesn't really help the team on the field. At the same time, it shows that the Texans may be struggling in the all-important "culture" and "environment" departments.

Those things do play a role in wins and losses, and the fact that the Texans enter Sunday's game at Cleveland with a record of 1-6 tells you all you need to know.
