Steelers Have Banged Up Defense Heading Into Game With Raiders

The Las Vegas Raiders will be minus leading running back Josh Jacobs for Sunday's 1pm game at Heinz Field against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

It looks like the Raiders will do what they can to fill the role with Jacobs out - but no matter even if Jacobs was 100 percent the Steelers have an excellent run defense.

Two Steelers that won't be playing Sunday is cornerback Joe Haden and linebacker Devin Bush.

Look for the Steelers to double team Las Vegas tight end Raiders star tight end Darren Waller. Not having Bush and Haden in the lineup makes this a big challenge that the two have to step up for.

Both guys are dealing with groin injuries, which means that speed is a factor that is going to have to sort itself out as the game plays out - IF they have a chance to even take the field again Las Vegas.

James Pierre will replace Haden on the outside at cornerback with more Justin Layne in sub-package defense and in place of Bush, look for a much heavier workload for Joe Schobert but his direct replacement is likely to be Robert Spillane.
