Russell Wilson Taking Offers On $25M Denver Mansion With Broncos Future In Doubt

Broncos country, let's ride … on out of here.

Russell Wilson and his wife Ciara are reportedly accepting offers on the Denver-area mansion they purchased for $25 million in 2022. So as if the quarterback's future with the Broncos wasn't already in question, it definitely is now.

Wilson's future in Denver has been a hot topic ever since he was benched in favor of Jarrett Stidham during the final two games of 2023 — despite having a solid season up to that point. His 66.4 completion percentage last season was his highest since 2020. Wilson also threw 26 touchdowns last season against just eight picks.

That's when speculation swirled that the team sat Wilson over his injury guarantee, which would earn him $37 million in 2025 if he was still on the roster on March 17. The NFLPA said during the lead-up to Super Bowl week that the Broncos "mistreated" their veteran QB.

"Yeah, we beat the Chiefs, they came up to me during the bye week, beginning of the bye week, Monday or Tuesday, and they told me that if I didn’t change my contract, my injury guarantee, that I’d be benched for the rest of the year," Wilson told reporters.

Despite the benching, Wilson said at the end of the year that he wanted to continue his career with the Broncos. He is only two years into a massive five-year, $242.59 million contract that includes a potential out after the 2025 season.

But if real estate is any indication, he might already be on his way out. And that's good news for anyone looking for a place in Denver — with tens of millions to spare.

When Russ and Ciara purchased the home, it was the most expensive house in the history of the Denver-area. The mansion is 20,000 square feet, features four bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, has room for nine cars in the garage, an indoor basketball court, a massive indoor pool and more.

Along with accepting offers on the home, the couple is providing tours to prospective buyers, according to Business Den.

Broncos head coach Sean Payton recently said in a radio interview that a decision on Wilson’s future will happen "sooner than later."
