Nick Saban's Daughter Sends Cringe Tweet About David Pollack

Nick Saban's daughter Kristen shared a wildly cringe tweet about David Pollack following her dad joining College GameDay.

ESPN announced earlier in the week that the seven-time national champion and Alabama legend will join the GameDay crew starting this upcoming season.

There has been speculation for years that Saban would transition to TV as soon as he hung up his whistle for good. That's exactly what happened.

It's definitely something to celebrate if you're a college football fan. However, Kristen Saban used the news to take a completely unneeded shot at David Pollack.

Kristen Saban calls out David Pollack.

ESPN cut ties with Pollack last summer and this past college football season was the first one in a long time that didn't feature the former Georgia star on GameDay.

He was one of the best parts about the show, but ESPN simply went a different direction. For reasons I don't understand, Kristen took a shot at Pollack after Saban joined the show Pollack was on for years.

Saban's daughter - who blocks me on Instagram for some unknown reason - tweeted a "Training Day" GIF with the caption, "HOWS IT FEEL DAVEY."

Kristen is clearly still salty about when Pollack *CORRECTLY* pointed out Georgia - not Alabama - had become king of college football prior.

You know the saying that you can't teach class? Well, this is what it looks like in real-time. Mocking a guy who lost his job is just brutally low. Why? Because he accurately pointed out Georgia was on a better run than Alabama.

Cringe, folks. Incredibly cringe. Some people on social media felt the same way, and were a bit confused by why she felt the need to inject herself into the situation.

I can't even begin to imagine what my dad would say if I mocked someone losing their job with a company he joined. I can promise you it wouldn't be a pleasant phone call, but I guess people are raised in different ways. Stay classy, Kristen! Stay classy, and I'm sure David Pollack is doing just fine. He responded to the general situation with a bit of humor. That's the right way to do it.

At least he's not on social media taking completely unnecessary shots at people. Let me know what you think at David.Hookstead@outkick.com.
