Internet Is Cooking Joe Burrow For His Hair, But Is It Real?

Does Bengals QB Joe Burrow actually have incredibly long hair these days?

A photo of Burrow with hair down to his shoulders is currently taking X by storm after the tweet below was seen more than nine million times since being posted Monday night.

That's a lot of attention for any post. A lot, but let's tap the brakes a little bit as we dive in.

Does Joe Burrow actually have long hair?

There's just one problem. There's no proof to suggest it's real. In fact, a photo of Burrow two weeks ago with the Bengals shows him with a baseball cap on, but his hair definitely doesn't look that long.

Now, could he have it tucked up under his hat? Sure, but take a look below, and ask yourself if it looks like he's rocking hair to his shoulders.

It definitely does not to me.

Yet, that hasn't stopped people from freaking out online, and the photo is becoming a major trending topic on X. Football fans are leaning into it being real, despite the evidence being one tweet from an NFL aggregation account.

As of right now, I have to throw a flag on this situation. It seems like a hoax. Now, could it be real? Sure. Anything is possible. Maybe Burrow hid his hair under his hat. Maybe he grew it out at a record speed. However, I'm going to have to pour cold water over the internet's hype until we get a photo from the team, a post from Burrow or a photo from a legit photographer.
