Jim Harbaugh Might Live In An RV While Coaching Chargers

New Los Angeles Chargers coach Jim Harbaugh is already injecting his peculiar energy into Inglewood. Harbaugh's still joking around while addressing day-to-day matters with 100% focus.

Now tasked with creating a new culture in L.A. for the city's ‘little brother’ football team, Harbaugh isn't changing his approach — bringing his idiosyncrasies in his introductory news conference, ratcheting them up to an 11 for a memorable first media session in L.A.

Los Angeles media members were treated to signature Jim Harbaugh, wacky and well-mannered, during the news conference in Inglewood, Calif., Wednesday afternoon.

At one point, Harbaugh fantasized about potentially living in an R.V. to start his tenure as Chargers head coach.

For a $16 million-a-year coach, Jim Harbaugh's proposed living arrangement sounds too modest.

Harbaugh shared his bizarre but entertaining vision of living as a nomad.

"I told my wife this … I want to drive my RV out. And go to a trailer park, you know, like, down by the water or, by Disneyland," Harbaugh told the media, saying he's got some trailer parks already circled on his SoCal map.

"There are two that I've researched that are close to the facility. I want to Jim Rockford it for the next couple of months until we move to the new facility. I have that thought going through my head."

Thanks for sharing, Jim.

Harbaugh absorbed his first exposure to the L.A. spotlight.

After nine years at Michigan, and a recent national championship, Jim Harbaugh makes his return to the NFL, seemingly at ease.
