Former Michigan Player Claims To Have Witnessed Jim Harbaugh Take An Ice Bath In Khakis And A Polo

Ice baths are the new craze these days. It doesn't matter if you're an overweight stay-at-home dad who works out six times a year, apparently sitting in a freezing tub for a few minutes immediately makes you healthy and adds time to your life, according to the Internet.

Given that former Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh is a renaissance man who follows all of the new trends, he's added cold plunges into his life as well and done so in peak Harbaugh fashion.

Former Michigan defensive back Josh Wallace shared the secret about Harbaugh and probably went into a bit more detail than his former head coach would appreciate.

Speaking at this week's NFL combine, Wallace was asked what his first impressions were of Harbaugh. After not being able to come up with an answer, he decided to go the storyteller route and explained that he once saw Harbaugh in an ice bath in the team facility in his full get-up of khaki pants and a polo shirt.

"Coach Harbaugh, he works out in the mornings, and I walked past our cold tub room - we call it the car wash - and he's in a full uniform. He had his khakis and polo on in the ice tub," Wallace said.

The wildest piece of the story is that it's incredibly believable. There is one grown man on Earth who could jump into a cold tub with khakis and a tucked-in polo shirt without anyone batting an eye and it's Harbaugh.

The dude goes to the beat of his own, unique drum. It's a safe bet that Harbaugh has already taken full advantage of the Chargers' facilities in his full uniform as well.
