Social Media Can't Get Enough Of Jerry Jones Scribbling On A Notepad At League Meetings

Based on the state of Jerry Jones' notepad, there wasn't too much to note during day one of the NFL owner's meetings. The Dallas Cowboys owner did have a working pen though, so he had that going for him.

During his media availability on Monday afternoon, Jones was photographed by David Moore of the Dallas Morning News. Front and center was a notepad with the NFL crest on it with a bunch of random scribbles all over it, courtesy of Jones.

Jones has gotten plenty of heat this offseason given the lack of activity the Cowboys' front office has shown in adding to their roster. These scribbles have absolutely nothing to do with that, but an irrational Dallas fan may look at the notepad and roll their eyes thinking ‘this man literally does nothing.’

Jones did tell reporters back in February that the Cowboys would be "all in" for 2024, so the heat he is receiving so far this offseason is warranted, at least a little bit.

As for the notepad, what we have here is simple. The first couple of lines that made their way to the page had to be Jones making sure his pen actually worked. Every line beyond that was him simply being bored and wondering whether or not it was time for lunch. We may not be billionaires, but we've all been there.

As social media always does, it had a field day with Jones' notepad.

The internet stays undefeated, and you better believe that this photo will surface time and time again throughout the Cowboys' inevitable run to a 9-8 record next season.
