WNBA Legend Savagely Roasts Angel Reese

Diana Taurasi apparently has that dog in her when it comes to throwing shade.

Taurasi was on an alternate broadcast with Sue Bird for the women's Final Four Friday night, and absolutely roasted LSU star Angel Reese in savage fashion.

A video was being shown of Angel Reese waving goodbye to a player against Middle Tennessee, and the Phoenix Mercury player couldn't help herself from taking a shot.

"Wave bye bye to your own career," Taurasi said as the clip played without absolutely no regard for Reese or LSU fans. You can watch the funny moment of Taurasi mocking Reese's college career being over unfold below, and hit me with your thoughts at David.Hookstead@outkick.com.

Do we all know what clip is coming next? Do we know what video is coming next? Yes, you all do. Smash the play button!

Inject this kind of pettiness right into my veins. I don't know much about Diana Taurasi other than she's an exceptional women's pro basketball player, and has been for a very long time.

Well, she's apparently also elite when it comes to roasting people. I'm also sure some people aren't too happy with the fact she just absolutely destroyed Reese and the LSU star's antics.

But fair is fair! If you're going to talk a big game, then don't be surprised when people send some return fire. Seriously, look at some of the pearl-clutching going on in the replies.

Learn to laugh, folks. Life is a lot more fun that way, and Taurasi was firing off jokes in awesome fashion Friday night. Let me know at David.Hookstead@outkick.com what you think of her comment and of Angel Reese. Can't wait to hear your thoughts!
