Colorado Football Player Freaks Out After Getting More Than 50 Parking Tickets

Colorado safety Cam'Ron Silmon-Craig isn't happy with the school's parking rules.

Silmon-Craig is having a very solid season for the Buffaloes, and has three interceptions on the year so far. He's been balling out at a high level for the 4-3 Buffs and Deion Sanders.

However, the talented defensive back isn't having nearly as much fun off the field. In fact, he's having a terrible time with the school's parking enforcement.

He revealed in a video shared on his social media that he's had to pay more than $3,000 in fines for parking near the team's facilities. The man has been hit with more than 50 tickets! It's an outrageous number.

Watch his rant, and send me your reaction to David.Hookstead@outkick.com.

Cam'Ron Silmon-Craig complains about parking tickets.

How is it even possible to get more than 50 parking tickets in under a year? Deion Sanders was hired by Colorado at the conclusion of last season.

His guys then started showing up for spring semester through fall camp. That means none of the guys he brought with him, including Cam'Ron Silmon-Craig, have been on campus for at least a year.

Yet, the Colorado safety managed to rack up thousands in parking fines for parking too close to the team facilities.

How is that even possible? Colorado's football team is finally good, and parking enforcement is fining players? That's just not right. That's not right at all.

Some rules are simply unjust, and should be ignored. I'd argue that Colorado SHOULD NOT be fining football players for allegedly parking too close to the team facilities. Redraw the parking maps if necessary, but now is not the time to have the team stressed.

Sanders and the Buffs are fighting for bowl eligibility. Do players really need to be paying fines? Of course not. You'd think Deion could put his thumb on the scales for this situation.

Am I correct? Am I wrong? Let me know at David.Hookstead@outkick.com. If this was happening to my Badgers, I'd be marching with the national guard on the campus to put an end to it. Apparently, Colorado just tolerates it.
