Caleb Williams Responds To Allegations He Wore Pink Nail Paint

Caleb Williams is firing back after getting absolutely obliterated on the internet for his look at a USC women's basketball game.

People have been cracking jokes nonstop all week about Williams appearance at the USC/Kansas women's NCAA Tournament game.

The former USC QB and projected first overall pick was spotted with a pink phone, what looked like a women's clutch, and some believed he was wearing pink nail paint and lip gloss.

The jokes were ruthless and highly entertaining.

Caleb Williams fires back after online criticism.

Well, the Heisman winner is now attempting to return fire by calling the allegations fake news! In a video posted by Gavin Morris, Williams confirmed he does have a pink phone, but claimed his wallet is white - not pink - and that he wasn't wearing pink nail paint or lip gloss.

He even took a shot at all his haters by claiming their women love his lips. Watch his response and hit me with your thoughts at David.Hookstead@outkick.com.

What is the truth? We now have dueling narratives. Did Caleb Williams have nail paint on or not? Did he swap out a different wallet? The video is going to be broken down like it's the Zapruder Film.

Somehow the biggest storyline for the NFL Draft isn't about players getting after it but how Caleb Williams dresses and the jokes that follow. What a timeline we're currently living in!

Props to Williams for at least throwing that shot out about his haters' women loving his lips. If you're going to get in the mud and play with us in the trenches of the content game, you might as well have fun while doing it. The side that takes itself too seriously is the side that always loses, and Williams - to his credit - seems to at least be having some fun with all this insanity. Is he telling the truth or is a coverup underway? Let me know your thoughts at David.Hookstead@outkick.com
