Brady Quinn Eviscerates Deshaun Watson's No. 1 Fanboy With Gripping Comeback

Life for a Deshaun Watson apologist seems excruciating.

Former NFL quarterback Brady Quinn had to shut down Deshaun Watson's biggest fanboy after Quinn questioned the Browns QB's work ethic.

Watson is missing a ton of time in Cleveland. After signing a fully guaranteed contract in Cleveland, people wonder if Watson's in any hurry to return to play. The $230 million QB hasn't played a full game since Sept. 24.

Quincy Avery, who co-hosts a podcast with Watson, works as his throwing coach and puts in overtime hours as Watson's biggest online fanboy, defended Watson against Quinn's comments. Avery called out Brady Quinn on X — setting himself up for disaster.

"Brady, I'm a be real. You don't know what the f**k you are talking bout," Avery tweeted, "and sit behind a microphone gossiping like a little high school chick."

Brady Quinn Grills Deshaun Watson's No. 1 Fanboy

Brady Quinn made quick work of the online hater, dropping the mic on Avery with a no-so-subtle dig at Watson's alarming history of private massages. Quinn offered Avery a platform to defend Watson against the 'laziness' claims.

Once Avery called Quinn "weak" for offering his analysis on Watson, Quinn sacked him with a gripping comeback.

Quinn clapped back: "How about we massage this conversation and get it to a happy ending? Does that sound satisfactory?"

Gotta hand it to Quinn... that's good.

Even OutKick founder Clay Travis gave Quinn his flowers for shutting Avery down. "Holy crap, Brady Quinn just eviscerated Quincy Avery, aka Deshaun Watson’s personal apologist on social media," Clay reacted.

Morale is at an all-time low for Watson Nation. Confidence wanes in the starting QB around Cleveland as Browns backup P.J. Walker continues exhibiting more drive than Watson. Cleveland is coasting without Watson at 4-2.

Watson has been nursing a shoulder injury, and, in some people's opinions, taking his sweet time with the rehab.
