Arch Manning Torched On Social Media After Reportedly Opting Out Of College Football Video Game

Arch Manning is getting roasted in ruthless fashion after he reportedly decided to opt out of the upcoming college football video game.

The Texas Longhorns QB, who will open the season as QB2 behind Quinn Ewers, is one of the most recognizable faces in college football and is royalty in the sport.

There's no question Texas fans would have loved to play as him in the game, but for some reason, he apparently doesn't feel it's in his best interest.

It makes absolutely no sense at all.

Social media drags Arch Manning after he reportedly opts out of new college football video game.

The reactions to Arch Manning apparently choosing to pass on being in the game were exactly what you'd expect:

Brutal.

Take a look at a few of the most viral ones below, and hit me with your thoughts at David.Hookstead@outkick.com.

Absolutely ruthless, and I'm here for every single second of it. What does being in a video game have to do with how Arch will play on the field? Is he under the impression those two things are connected?

Furthermore, him not being in the game won't impact its sales one bit. As I've said many times before, "College Football 25" is a bullet-train that can't be stopped. Either get a seat or get the hell out of the way.

This famous moment from "Jurassic Park" is literally this decision playing out in real life.

I'll be buying the game, millions of other fans will be doing the same and Arch Manning can spend his time only focusing on football, whatever the hell that might mean. Let me know your reactions at David.Hookstead@outkick.com.
