Shaq’s Orlando Mansion Is For Sale Again With New Price

Shaq Diesel’s massive, and I mean 31,000 sq. ft. massive, Orlando house is back on the market with a new asking price of $19,500,000 and that price will get you pretty much every amenity known to man including an indoor tennis court and a beautiful indoor basketball court.

The behemoth residence was originally listed for $28,000,000 back in 2018, but Shaq never managed to hook a buyer. Now he’s shaved another $2,500,000 off his latest asking price to get under $20,000,000. You’d think that would be the highest-priced house for sale in Windemere, FL right now, but you’d be wrong. There’s a 51,000 sq. ft. house listed for $30M and a 25,466 sq. ft. pad for $23M.

In other words, you’ll have some decisions to make if you end up on House Hunters and have $30 million or so to throw down on a house.

From Shaq’s realtor:

Situated within Isleworth Golf & Country Club – one of central Florida’s top gated golf communities. This home offers nearly four acres of western facing waterfront property with 700 feet of prime lake frontage and panoramic views of Lake Butler.

Over 31,000 square feet of living space, the 12-bedroom estate is ideal for its privacy, amenities and sheer space offered for seamless indoor-outdoor living. An array of indoor amenities include a 6, 000 sq. ft. indoor basketball court, a 17+ car showroom-style garage, a cigar bar with walk-in humidor and wine storage, soundproof home theater, three fireplaces, Crestron smart-home technology, lakefront office and a spacious chef’s kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances.

Enjoy Florida’s year-round sunshine with a stunning 95 ft. long, 15 ft deep swimming pool with a huge rock waterfall, an outdoor kitchen, a tiki-style cabana and a private dock with two covered boat slips. The Isleworth community is the most sought after community in Central Florida with an 18 hole championship golf course, 89, 000 sq ft clubhouse, resort-style pool, and tennis facilities. The grounds are gated with 24-hour security and surrounded by a 10-foot privacy wall, making this home one of Isleworth’s most private and desirable waterfront properties.

I know what you’re thinking — the house sounds perfect, you have the money to spend, but you need to figure out your budget. Here’s where I tell you the mortgage, if you put down $3.9M, will run you $66,000/mo. for 30 years. Don’t forget the maids (plural) you’ll need, the grounds crew, the boat crew, the security team. It’s going to add up. And don’t get me started on the air conditioning bill.

Take a tour and think about it.

    • Agreed. The house is so big, the place looks like an entire old folks home from the outside. Looking at the listing photos, there are four different styles under one roof- ultra-modern, traditional, Mediterranean and Bavarian bowling alley. Just look at that family room with with the glossy tiles. This property should be turned into a resort. I do like the indoor tennis court, tho.
