Sexual Assault Charges Against Don Lemon Expected To Finally End Up In Court

CNN airs Don Lemon for 120 minutes a night. Lemon spends around 90 of those minutes talking down to Americans. They are beneath him, Lemon thinks. But, of course, that is a lie. Don Lemon isn't better than anyone, aside from Chris Cuomo.

The few people who still watch Don Lemon Tonight likely forgot that a man, Dustin Hice, accused Lemon of sexual assault in 2018. Hice's attorney says he now expects the case to end up in court early next year, according to Fox News.

" put his hand down the front of his own shorts, and vigorously rubbed his genitalia, removed his hand and shoved his index and middle fingers into Plaintiff's mustache and under Plaintiff's nose," according to the lawsuit, filed Aug. 11, 2019 in Suffolk County Court.

"Lemon intensely pushed his fingers against Plaintiff's face under Plaintiff's nose, forcing Plaintiff's head thrust backward as Defendant repeatedly asked Plaintiff 'Do you like p---y or d--k?' While saying this, Mr. Lemon continued to shove his fingers into Plaintiff's face with aggression and hostility," the suit adds.

Dustin Hice says he is seeking damages in an amount the trial will determine, prejudgment interest, attorneys' fees, expenses, costs, and disbursements. Hice claims society would treat Lemon's "vile, disgusting, lewd and inhumane" attack against him differently if Hice were a woman. Unfortunately, that's likely true.

Meanwhile, Lemon denies all wrongdoings and calls the suit "frivolous." However, an independent eyewitness says he saw Lemon do it.

Megyn Kelly spoke about the accusations against Lemon in a sit-down with OutKick earlier this month:

"Lemon has been credibly accused of shoving his hands down the pants, fondling the genitals, and rubbing his hands all over a stranger in a bar. He denies it, but he's been accused and there was an independent eye witness who said he saw Lemon do it," Kelly tells OutKick.

"Who is Don Lemon to lecture us on anything?"

The problems and scandals are mounting at CNN.

In addition to co-workers catching CNN's Jeffrey Toobin masturbating on a Zoom call, individuals have accused two of the network's three primetime hosts of creepy sexual behavior. Last week, Shelley Ross, a former ABC News producer, accused Chris Cuomo of sexual harassment by grabbing her butt in a 2005 incident. Unlike claims against Lemon, Cuomo essentially admitted to Ross' allegations in an email hours later. Anyway, Chris Cuomo's program leads into Don Lemon's on CNN weekdays.

CNN and Lemon's attorney did not immediately respond to a Fox News request for comment.
