Robert Kraft Drops $43 Million On Hamptons Beach-Front House

Billionaire Robert Kraft won't be renting in the Hamptons this summer. The soon-to-be 80-year-old Orchids of Asia bad boy will be living it up in style in his nearly 7,000 sq. ft. oceanfront house that was built in 2017 and features multiple tiers on which to watch the sunrise across the Atlantic. The Wall Street Journal reports Kraft bought the property in an off-market deal from Nir Meir, a real estate developer who paid $10.5 million for the property in 2013 and then built the house in 2017.

Since the house never hit the market, details are scarce on this one. BehindTheHedges.com reports the $43 million price tag paid by Kraft would make this a top-three highest price paid in 2021 for a Southhampton house this year. The site says the house has seven bedrooms.

As for how Kraft will utilize his new property, it sounds like Bob's girlfriend Ricki Noel Lander will be joining him for some sun and fun. “He flew down for a day with a young woman wearing a monster-sized diamond ring. They looked at multiple houses and bought this one,” a source told the Post.

And with that, the Patriots owner has his very own place to call home in the Hamptons. Sure, the price was high, but what's $43 million to a guy who's estimated to be worth nearly $7 billion? He's going to have a great time and not waste his money on a rental. It's Bob's summer to shine.
