Report: Justin Houston, Ravens Agree on 1-Year Contract Worth Up To $4M

Former All-Pro edge rusher Justin Houston reached an agreement on a one-year deal worth up to $4 million with the Baltimore Ravens, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports.

Houston turned down significantly more money from other teams in order to pursue a championship with the Ravens, Schefter said.

He is coming off 19 sacks in 2 seasons with the Colts as well as 30 QB hits and a league-high 3 safeties during 2019 and 2020, The 33rd Team tweeted.

The team will pay him a base salary of $1.075 million, which also includes $1 million signing bonus, and additional incentives in deals based on Pro Bowl and sacks, The Athletic's Jeff Zrebiec reports.
