Ravens WR Deletes Tweet Wondering Why Ravens Aren't Using Their 'Souljas'

Ravens wide receiver Marquise 'Hollywood' Brown wasted no time firing up social media Sunday after his team's 28-24 loss to the Steelers (7-0). He questioned his offensive coordinator Greg Roman's use of his "souljas." Brown, who had one catch for three yards in the loss, was targeted just twice after receiving no fewer than six targets in all of the other Ravens (5-2) games this season.

Roman's ground and pound offense is starting to wear thin with Hollywood Brown. “What’s the point of having souljas when you never use them (Never!!),” a frustrated Brown tweeted before deleting the message.

It was also a brutal day for Lamar Jackson, who went 13 of 28 for 208 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions. He rushed 16 times for 65 yards. Through Week 8, Jackson sits behind Daniel Jones in passing yards. He has completed just 61% of his passes, which is good for 30th in the NFL right now. He's 27th in attempts.

Lamar knows he has serious work to do before these two teams meet again November 26.

"The turnovers, I feel, are the reason we lost the game," Jackson said. "I put that on me. The start of the game, the first drive – a pick-six. And then we drive to the red zone – I fumbled. I've got to get the ball out quicker because we know they're dominant up front. And then that pick off the play to the flat throwing it to Mark . I've got to clean those up, and I feel like we won that game."
