Raiders Expected To Hire Dave Ziegler As Next GM

The Las Vegas Raiders are expected to hire former New England Patriots‘ Dave Ziegler as the team’s general manager.

NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero and Mike Garafolo report it was the team’s goal to secure Zeigler all along.

NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reports Ziegler played a key role in the Patriots’ fast turnaround, and the team’s next hire will be Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels.

McDaniels has been with the Patriots for nearly two decades and Rapoport reports Ziegler is considered an ideal front-office partner for McDaniels.
