OutKick's College Football Tour Is Going To Be Awesome This Fall

Get the most up-to-date schedule and details for Clay's Bus Tour here.

Fifteen years ago, I wrote a book called Dixieland Delight about going around to all 12 SEC football stadiums in the same year. That tour and the resulting book, which has now become a bit of a cult classic for SEC fans, might be how some of you reading this right now became aware I existed.

At the time of that tour in 2006, I was a 27 year old recent law school graduate with no kids and no real life responsibilities. I did the tour entirely as a fan, sitting in the stadiums, often in the nosebleeds, with my friends to experience the pomp, the circumstance and the pageantry of SEC football.

Well, starting on September 2nd we're going to recreate that experience on steroids. I'll be traveling all over the South this fall for Fox Sports and Fox News, chronicling the college football experience for OutKick from a massive tour bus, which will probably be coming to your favorite college town.

We'll be doing live TV hits every Saturday for Fox Sports's college football kickoff show and for Fox & Friends on Fox News. Those hits will be from OutKick tailgates from a variety of campus locations. One week, we may be on the front lawn of a fraternity, the next week we may be in the center of campus. We'll let you guys know where we'll be every week so you can come and hang out with us. In addition to me, we'll also have additional OutKick talent on location.  As if all this weren't enough, we'll also be filming a documentary on Southern football and tailgating for Fox Nation, meaning you may well see me in your favorite campus bars or restaurants. (I'll ask for your recommendations on social media.)

Basically, you won't be able to miss us.

Our first three weeks of game travel are set, but after these three weeks, I'll be announcing our weekly destination on Fox & Friends every Wednesday morning during the fall.

Here are the first three weeks of the Dixieland Delight Part Two Tour:

Thursday September 2nd in Knoxville for Bowling Green at Tennessee (we will have an all day OutKick tailgate at the Up Town Bar & Grille on Cumberland Avenue featuring a live broadcast of the OutKick 360 show).

September 4th in Charlotte for Georgia-Clemson

September 11th in Fayetteville for Texas at Arkansas

September 18th in Gainesville for Alabama at Florida

Our goal is to pick the best game in the South every weekend, and we'll continue all fall until we finish at the SEC Championship Game in Atlanta on December 4th.

Needless to say, it's going to be an awesome time and I'm probably going to be watching your favorite team, either at home or on the road.

I can't wait.

See y'all this fall.
