Outkick’s College Football Gambling Picks For Week 12 2021

Videos by OutKick

I’m down in Fort Lauderdale at the Hard Rock hotel for tonight’s Patriot Awards airing on Fox Nation. I just did a Fox and Friends morning hit and I’ll be on Sean Hannity later tonight.

The weather is absolutely perfect, and I’m going to hit the pool for a half hour before heading in for the Clay and Buck show at our Miami affiliate.

This weekend, the OutKick bus tour will be in Oxford, Mississippi for Vanderbilt-Ole Miss and then next weekend we’ll be at Alabama-Auburn in Auburn. Then we’ll finish it all off in Atlanta for the SEC title game. It has been a wild fall, but I’ve loved meeting so many of you in SEC towns.

We went 3-6 in our college football picks, dropping us to 60-61 on the season, but we were 4-2 in our NFL Outkick six pack, raising us to 36-25 in those picks. Let’s see if we can dominate on both college and pro football this weekend.

Here we go with a 12-0 week:

Michigan State +19.5 at Ohio State

Mel Tucker’s team has been the biggest surprise in college football this season. And aside from one bad game at Purdue, they have been stellar all year long.

Yes, I know, Ohio State is dominating everyone, but the lack of respect with this number plays right into Michigan State’s hands.

I like the Spartans to keep this close and cover.

Wake Forest +4.5 at Clemson

Wake Forest hasn’t beaten Clemson since 2008.

But this isn’t a very good Clemson team, particularly on the offensive side of the ball. And I feel like this is Wake’s year, baby.

Not only do the Demon Deacons cover, they get the outright win.

But just to safe we’ll take the +4.5

Texas at West Virginia -2.5

I’m not betting on Texas to cover against anyone right now.

That includes the Mountaineers, who should roll over the collapsing Longhorns.

Rutgers +17.5 at Penn State

Rutgers is trying to get bowl eligible and Penn State’s big game last week against Michigan zapped the Nittany Lions of substantial energy.

Penn State wins, but this number is too big.

Give me Rutgers for the cover.

Virginia +14.5 at Pitt

Pitt is trying to lock up the coastal, but Virginia is still lurking at 4-2. Could the Cavaliers pull off an upset and jumpstart their chances to play in the ACC title game? Maybe. Is 14.5 way too high of a line, given the stakes? I think so.

Go Cavaliers.

Michigan -14.5 at Maryland

The most Jim Harbaugh result possible would be for Michigan to lose to Maryland as a two touchdown favorite and eliminate any Big Ten impact for the final game of the year. Then still lose to Ohio State to zap all momentum from what has been a good season so far.

But this Wolverine team got a big win against Penn State last weekend, and I think they avoid the trap game and crush Maryland this weekend.

Give me the Wolverines, big.

SMU +11.5 at Cincinnati

The Bearcats have kept winning, but not impressively, for the past several weeks.

I think that continues against SMU this weekend.

Give me the Mustangs for the cover.

Arkansas +21.5 at Alabama

Alabama has Auburn next weekend and the SEC title game after that. This is the perfect spot for the Crimson Tide to get caught by a physical Arkansas team that has played pretty much everyone other than Georgia tough all season.

Give me the Razorbacks to cover.

Florida at Mizzou +9.5

Mizzou to cover this weekend is my blood bank guarantee.

I don’t just think Mizzou covers, I think they win outright.

This is a broken Florida Gators team. Their defense is in shambles and now they’re going to go on the road and play well at Mizzou?

I just don’t see it.

Eli Drinkwitz and Mizzou win outright. But getting ten points here feels like stealing. Which is why you need to tape the veins, boys and girls, it’s time for the blood bank guarantee to make all of us rich.

Auburn at South Carolina +7.5 and the under 44.5

With Bo Nix out for the season, Auburn rolls into South Carolina for what feels certain to be a low scoring, defensive game.

Given those stakes, I see South Carolina having a chance to win this one late.

Take the Gamecocks and the under.

Oregon +3.5 at Utah

No one respects the Ducks, even though they are presently the No. 3 team in the country.

All season long, people have been lining up to see them fail. I’m betting they are eager to prove everyone wrong and get the cover and win here against Utah.

There you have it, boys and girls, we’re going 12-0!

And here is my OutKick NFL Six Pack as well:

Lions +10 at Browns
Colts +7.5 at Bills
Saints at Eagles, the under 43.5
Packers at Vikings, the over 49
Bengals -1 at Raiders
Cowboys at Chiefs -2.5

Get rich, kids.

And see you in Oxford this weekend.
