Notre Dame Is an ACC Football School in 2020

The ACC has released the framework of their football schedule this season. The gist of it is that games begin the week of September 7th, there will be a 10-game conference schedule, and one out of conference opponent per team. The biggest news is that Notre Dame is essentially part of the conference this season, playing a 10-game conference slate and eligible to compete in the ACC title game this year. Notre Dame’s NBC television revenue will be included in a split of all TV revenue amongst the 15 conference universities.

Note that the date of the title game is December 12th OR December 19th. It will be interesting to see, as news trickles out, what type of contingencies the conference has for potential missed games.
