Travis Kelce Is Rewriting The Record Books
We all know Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce is fantastic at what he does. We again saw it first hand during the Chiefs' loss to the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday night.
But just how fantastic is Kelce?
Well, how about this -- he's become no less than the tight end to reach 8,000 receiving yards the fastest in NFL history.
Kelce, 31, caught a five-yard pass early in the second half of Sunday's game to accomplish the feat. He is coming off a season in which he compiled 1,416 yards and 11 touchdowns on 105 catches.

Only eight tight ends have surpassed 8,000 career receiving yards, with Tony Gonzalez leading the way at 15,127. Gonzalez also played for the Chiefs, as well as the Atlanta Falcons.
Kelce finished Sunday's game with seven catches for 109 yards, including the 46-yard TD romp. He opened the season with six catches for 76 yards and two scores in a win over the Cleveland Browns.
