Rodney Harrison Drops One For The Ages, Bills Snowman Breaks Table & Stefon Diggs Flosses

How about that Sunday drama the NFL dialed up

I haven't seen the sun in what feels like 14 days or more, but at least the football action this weekend was entertaining. The NFL completed a season that Max Kellerman swore wasn't going to happen, and besides the dumb SJW NFL Instagram page, the league managed to get out of its own way and let the players put on a show. Think about what we saw Sunday:

Derrick Henry went for over 2,000 rushing yards in a season (get the t-shirt here), and the Titans got a doink-made field goal to win the AFC South. The Eagles tanked the Washington Football Team right into a NFC East division crown. The Browns survived against Mason Rudolph to get into the playoffs. The Bills curbstomped Miami into an early vacation. Cam Newton caught a touchdown pass. The Cowboys lost on a terrible Andy Dalton INT and a Giants butt recovery. Justin Jefferson set the record for rookie receiving yards in a season, and the Jaguars survived the tankathon to get Trevor Lawrence.

Just think back to the middle of the summer when the coronabros said it would take a bubble to have a season. Instead, we got Browns broadcaster Jim Donovan calling the final minutes of Sunday's game as 12,000 fans went nuts inside First Energy Stadium. Watch that video below. The team's 18-year playoff drought is over. Donovan was in his mid-40s the last time the Browns played on Wild Card weekend.

• I'm still stunned my Buckeyes are playing for the national championship a week from tonight. Here I thought the early weeks of January 2021 were going to be dark, miserable and lacking intrigue. Now I get seven straight days of Ryan Day & Nick Saban Zoom press conferences. This year is off to a great start.

• If there was any question about Florida being open, those questions were answered over the weekend when I saw South Beach Instagram videos floating around. Miami is open. Approximately 16,000 fans will be allowed into Hard Rock, which means there will be 35,000 Ohio State fans pouring into South Beach bars to go along with the Bama fans.

The get-in price for Monday's game is $1,080. You can buy a whole bunch of those fish bowl draft beers on South Beach for that price.
