No, Aaron Rodgers Will Never Play For The Bears
Aaron Rodgers will never be a Chicago Bear. That might sound like an obvious take, but for any Bears fans holding out hope that the future Hall-of-Famer will dawn the blue and orange, that hope is lost.
Rodgers was asked about this during his press conference on Wednesday and was firm in shutting it down.
Rodgers: "No. No."
Reporter: "Hard no?"
Rodgers: "It's just not going to happen, man."
Well, there you go. Rodgers might have his own issues with the Packers, but that doesn't mean he's angling to go to his biggest rival should he leave Green Bay after this season. Rodgers has precedence for this, as Bears fans have never been fond of him, mostly for breaking their hearts during Week 17 of 2013. Just whisper "4th-and-8" to any Bears fan, and they'll be sure to wince a little.
That of course was Rodgers to Randall Cobb for a 48-yard touchdown to take the NFC North crown, one of the most famous moments in Rodgers' tenure with the Packers.
Rodgers has made a career of torturing the Bears, going 20-5, throwing 55 touchdowns, 10 interceptions and 6,013 yards with a 107.2 QB rating.
