NFL Wife & Great American Rachel Bush Has Had It With NFL's Vaccination Rules
Rachel Bush, the wife of Buffalo Bills safety Jordan Poyer, who has spent most of 2020-21 destroying the coronabros, went off today on the NFL over its five-day COVID protocol rule when an unvaccinated player comes in contact with a vaccinated employee who tests positive for the virus, as happened in Buffalo.
Bills players Cole Beasley and Gabriel Davis were sent home from the Bills training facility when it was determined they came in contact with a staff member who has tested positive. Both players tested negative after coming in contact with the staffer, but under the NFL's rules, it doesn't matter, the players are now required to stay away from the facility for five days.
"When the vaccinated have been proven to be the problem over and over in the NFL so far-especially within the bills- but the unvaccinated who don’t have covid are the ones getting punished?" Bush wrote on Twitter. "Somebody better fix this sh*t ASAP."
Bush is also furious with how media outlets are playing today's news from Bills camp. "All these headlines should be starting off with 'vaccinated staff member...' then take it where you want it. But the reason we are missing 5 guys right now is because of a VACCINATED PERSON. Call it like it is," she tweeted.
"I don’t want to point fingers at the staff member either..he/she had no choice, they had to keep their job. It’s the rules that need to be addressed and changed because the vaccinated are putting others at risk. It’s very clear now."
Linebackers Matt Milano & AJ Klein were also sent home along with defensive tackle Star Lotulelei. All five players will now have to stay home for five days before being allowed back to the Bills facility.
