Lunar Eclipse Projected To Last Three Hours And 28 Minutes On Same Night Falcons And Patriots Play Each Other

It seems the world will never let the Falcons forget 28-3.

Those numbers will forever be etched in Atlanta infamy, a reminder of what occurred at Super Bowl LI inside NRG Stadium on Feb. 5, 2017. Atlanta's 28-3 lead over the Patriots went up in smoke, and New England won in overtime, 34-28.

The two teams will do battle tonight on the same night a partial lunar eclipse will take place. Why does that matter, you ask? NASA projects the lunar eclipse will last three hours and 28 minutes. It will be the longest partial lunar eclipse in 580 years. The next time Earth will see a partial lunar eclipse this long will be in 648 years.
