Giants QB Daniel Jones Is Back To Throwing Shockingly Bad Interceptions
Giants fans that have lost sleep over quarterback Daniel Jones' turnover problems, now's your chance to look away ...
Monday's training camp for New York teams was a disaster.
Among the Giants' problems on the practice field was a fight that brought out between the offense and defense, as well as some errant turnovers by project QB Daniel Jones.
As reported by OutKick's Armando Salguero, an interception by Jones thrown to UCF product and cornerback Aaron Robinson sent the sidelines into a collective groan.
However, that pick wasn't as depressing for Giants fans as the interception thrown to Xavier McKinney.
NEW YORK JETS AND GIANTS HAD A DAY AS THEY STRUGGLE TO CORRECT COURSE
Even with all of the praise thrown at McKinney, a third-year player who's emerged as one of the better safeties in the NFC East, fans couldn't overlook Jones' lethargic pass attempt to an open Collin Johnson that should've been an easy win by the G-Men's offense.
WATCH:
Interceptions have not haunted Jones compared to his issue with fumbling the ball, but the seemingly routine pass that the fifth-year QB should have pulled off is giving Giants fans worry if Jones will survive another season in East Rutherford.
Jones will have to take a Giant leap forward with reducing his turnovers, while proving that he's deserving of the starting QB's role in head coach Brian Daboll and offensive coordinator Mike Kafka's offensive system.
