Disgruntled Carlos Dunlap Serious About Selling Kentucky House

As OutKick's Ryan Glasspiegel wrote earlier today, disgruntled Bengals defensive end Carlos Dunlap continued his push for a trade after today's heartbreaking loss to the Browns, going so far as to announce that his house is available and priced to sell. As the OutKick athlete real estate beat reporter, I had no choice but to dig into property tax records to see if this claim by Dunlap is actually true.

The Kentucky townhouse is for sale and has been since September. The 11-year vet, who has spent his entire career in Cincinnati, is likely to get his wish if the Bengals can find a team willing to dance. That puts potential buyers in a strong position, and Dunlap knows it. Asking price: $494,500.

"6000 sqft city view with huge balcony. 4 bedroom. 4.5 bathroom. In one of the best school districts for sale. Do your market analysis and make me offer. Serious inquiries only with proof of funds!," he wrote on Twitter.

"Owner is willing to sell furnished or unfurnished!"

From Dunlap's realtor:

Amazing 4 Bed 3 Bath Townhouse In Booming Newport, KY! This Hard To Find Home Offers An Open Kitchen, Beautiful Hardwood Floors, And A Spacious Living Room That Walks Out To Absolutely Breathtaking City Views From The Rear Deck! The Tastefully Done Main Floor Master Bedroom w/ Ensuite And Laundry Allow For Single Floor Living While Still Having The Space For A Household Of Any Size! The Massive Loft Provides A Great Space For Entertaining, And Is Attached To A Newly Renovated Bedroom w/ Attached Bath! On Top Of It All This Unit Comes w/ 2 Garages, & Just Feet Away From The Clubhouse & Pool!

Imagine the dread Carlos feels each morning when he wakes up, rolls out of bed and looks out at downtown Cincinnati and Paul Brown Stadium. This guy is ready to deal. Do not offer full asking price!
