New York Times/MSNBC Analyst Calls American Flag 'Disturbing'

Mara Gay, an analyst on MSNBC and an editorial board member at the New York Times, ranted on Morning Joe that people who love America really just love "whiteness."

Got that? If you support this country, you are a racist.

After spending the week on Long Island -- presumably with her rich, elite friends -- Gay revealed that she saw a bunch of American flags. Why does that matter? According to Gay, the flag "disturbs" her.

"In some cases, just dozens of American flags, which is also just disturbing."

Uh, what?

Don't worry, Gay further explains, "Essentially the message was clear: ‘This is my country. This is not your country. I own this.’"

There you have it. If you own an American flag, you are telling people (not sure whom), this is not their country. It's yours. You are a white supremacist.

By the way, did anyone notice that Gay is with the New York Times and MSNBC? Quite the gig, if you can get it.
