New Arizona Wildcats Head Coach Blocks Clay Travis on Twitter

The University of Arizona is hiring New England Patriots quarterbacks coach Jedd Fisch to be the team’s new head coach, according to ESPN’s Field Yates.

Not much is known about Fisch, though he’s likely a Mike Florio kind of guy.

Without any previous interaction, Arizona’s new coach has already blocked Clay Travis on Twitter.

As of now, it’s unclear whether the coach has an issue with Clay or he’s just proactively blocking all who could comment on the Patriots’ disastrous QB situation.

It appears Arizona has not watched much of Cam Newton and Jarrett Stidham this season.

If Jedd Fisch makes a Parler account, he should probably block @ClayTravis there too.

    • Eric – encourage you to actually R-E-A-D Clay and Outkick’s writings before you make uninformed judgment on how Clay and company get rich. First of all, if not for 99% of the media world that also goes after the Coronavirus (it is like the most important new story of the year unless you are even more un-informed than you already appear), Clay and his writers offered a contrarian, unique, and reasonable in media and also in the sports space. Like Clay I am a lifetime Democratic Party voter and don’t find him right-wing at all. Second of all, many, many businesses this past year for better or for worse end up making money due to the virus, e.g. marketing analytics firm or anything related to digital marketing or shopping get a huge boost. Clay and company should be applauded for market share gain when the rest of the media world literally go broke this year (see the U.S. movie industry, box office, ESPN, etc.).

    • Um, if you haven’t noticed the far left and Democrat Paty (but I repeat myself) has used that flu (I agree with you that is just the flu) to destroy the county’s culture, reshape the economy, throw millions out of work, create massive new government programs and take away people’s liberties at pace that could not have been comprehended a year ago. It’s kind of important bc the left made it such.

  1. Shoot I don’t block people I disagree with on twitter…big tech censorship will do that for us.

Besides I’d rather it be the place of the discussion and conflict of ideas rather than echo chambers.
